At Kooku Recruiting Partners Berlin, I am responsible for next level senior and board member search in the design and innovation industry. I combine network-based headhunting with data-driven recruiting and holistic process consulting - supporting Kooku's mission: To help companies achieve healthy growth.

Prior to joining Kooku, I ran Cogs Berlin. Cogs is a global specialist talent consultancy in the product, design and transformation space with offices in London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Shenzhen and Berlin.

Before I moved into headhunting, I have held business leadership and executive design positions with Aperto, Scholz & Friends and argonauten G2. I was creative and design lead on key strategic accounts including Volkswagen, MAN, Migros, Allianz Group, P&G Prestige, Pernod Ricard and Coca-Cola. I’m a member of the International Academy of Digital Art and Science, juror of the Lovie and Webby Awards and I volunteer for Ironhack and ReDI School. I’m a certified Systemic Business Coach (BC)®.
