It was evident to us that in today's fiercely competitive landscape, success in recruitment relies heavily on elements such as reputation, credibility, industry expertise, a personal network at C-suite and board levels, and connections within a vibrant global community. Additionally, a robust, data-driven operational model is crucial for yielding optimal outcomes.
Kooku Recruiting Partners already have a successful core service offering in place: Interim Recruiting and Recruitment Process Outsourcing. The company values: transparency, empathy, equal footing, ownership, and enjoyment of working together are the pillars for a trustful partnership with our clients and candidates. An optimal setup to expand the existing service portfolio and to develop the values and quality promise into an adaptive, sustainable recruiting product at senior and executive levels. This was the birth of Kooku X.
Within the first two quarters of this year, we developed the business model and defined the new brand. We created a roadmap and established the required connections with the existing Kooku infrastructure in terms of the team, communication, budget, and technology. In addition to strategic work, it was essential for us to promptly launch the core service and initiate further development sprints after the proof of concept to achieve profitability. With entrepreneurial foresight, my CEO provided the necessary flexibility and entrepreneurial freedom to adapt existing processes only as much as necessary to ensure a smooth start for the Minimal Viable Business. This approach is then refined and sharpened throughout the process.
We take a similar approach to the design system. Based on the existing Kooku brand design, our partners at Garden Olson have developed a modular brand design for the somewhat more “grown-up” sister brand. We are now testing it for the different communication channels, developing a subtle motion design and promoting and establishing the brand image internally and externally.
The track record to date in filling key strategic leadership positions proves the relevance of our service offering. And that is what counts in the end: making a valuable contribution to empowering companies with transformative talent, enabling innovation, change and healthy growth.
