My thinking and activities are driven by a clearly defined purpose. That enables me to find the corresponding tactical and strategic solutions in the necessary fields of action — always guided by lean leadership principles. Organizing the work, the teams, and the individuals around a joint mission and distribute broadest possible authority and autonomy is one of my current key responsibilities.

I personally have been very hands-on in developing new business, as well growing, developing and nurturing relationships with key clients and partners. I have established successful relationships with Digital Agencies, SMEs/MNCs, management consultancies and their innovation labs, startups, e-commerce companies, design consultancies and tech companies.

I see Employer Branding as a business strategy to support growth, improve employee retention and build upon the overall company brand. I have implemented various successful initiatives, from employee loyalty and recruiting platforms to knowledge sharing and volunteering projects. Furthermore I judge digital excellence awards and speak at industry events.
